Quality Care
Mental disorders characterized by recurring thoughts or sensations (obsessions) or urge to repeat actions (compulsions)
Obsessive-Compulsive disorder comprises a pattern of fears or obsessions and unwanted thoughts that can lead an individual to repetitive actions, called compulsions. For instance, the obsession or fear can be fear of germs, and the compulsion is to wash the hands several times till the skin becomes chapped and sore. Even though they try to control themselves by not doing those obsessions, it leads to anxiety.
